This hotel is located in the bustling Shinagawa area very close to the train station, making traveling around the city a breeze. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and adorned with modern amenities. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always provide great service. The breakfast buffet has excellent quality food with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel's facilities including the fitness center, park, and convenience store, make the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Although the gym is well-equipped, it can be small for a hotel of this size, and some guests may feel it could use more equipment.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near Shinagawa train station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The beautiful gardens and pool area provided a lovely oasis to relax in. The large rooms with spacious bathrooms were comfortable and enjoyable. The Green Room option, which minimized wasteful towel and sheet replacement, was eco-friendly and appreciated. The nearby restaurants and bars offered a fantastic selection of dining options, making it easy to indulge in delicious meals throughout my stay. The cashback bonus from the hotel was a nice additional perk.
Felt very special, no reason to complain.

Our room had a great Tokyo Tower view and was spacious and clean. Prince is conveniently located near Shinagawa Station. The housekeeping staff was attentive when we called for help. I recommend staying here.

We loved the fact that this venue was located in an area close to Shinagawa station, that had a Japanese garden nearby and a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The staff were professional and spoke English, making our stay smooth and easy. We had access to a 24-hour convenient store and enjoyed the balcony in our spacious room.
That we had to pull our luggage up a slope to get to the hotel entrance, but overall we would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and service.

Very close to a major train station, making it convenient for transportation. the hotel has a variety of dining options, both within the hotel and nearby. the hotel has a beautiful garden and grounds, providing a nice environment.
The hotel is located in an area that lacks a local feel, with mostly other hotels around. It requires quite a bit of walking to get to other attractions or areas of interest.

Plenty of dining options nearby with fantastic value. Spacious rooms with balconies and a comfortable bathroom. Complimentary shuttle service to the train station offered and available on time.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel had thought of everything, from a smart TV to a wireless speaker for my music. The amenities in the kitchen were also great. The staff were attentive and quickly resolved any issues I had, such as the WiFi not working. The location was perfect, with a lovely little beach nearby and attractions like Jomtien Beach and a shopping mall within easy reach. this was the perfect end to my holiday in Thailand.

We loved the convenient location near many restaurants and close to the train station, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities like the pool and garden area were lovely. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and the room and bathroom were a good size.
